The things we get asked most, and what helps us answer in one round trip:

• A city or county we don't cover yet. Name it and we'll tell you straight away whether its portal is one we can watch — most are. Adding a city is a config change, not a rewrite, so the answer is usually days rather than quarters.
• A team or multi-market plan. Say how many people and which markets; the Corporate plan covers every metro for up to 10 users.
• The data itself — a case that looks wrong, a field you need that we don't extract, or pulling this into your own model via the API. Include the case number or city and we'll look at the actual packet.
• Billing — changing plan, cancelling, or an invoice for accounts payable.
